Salesforce business analyst in Marketing Cloud

We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Business Analyst - Marketing Cloud 🚀 Founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, KCS IT is a consulting company in the field of Information Technology and Services, focused on creating value for our clients through three main areas: Consulting, Outsourcing, Inovation and Training.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT delivery environment.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and an understanding of marketing-related business processes.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process mapping.
• Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to document current-state processes, identify pain points and define future-state requirements.
• Experience managing and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear and actionable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with Developers, UX, QA and Scrum Masters.
• Ability to support Scrum ceremonies, delivery coordination, status reporting and project metrics.
• Experience identifying dependencies, risks and blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong documentation, analytical and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work with partial overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) when required.
