Sparkassen Rating und Risikosysteme (SR) is the central service provider for risk management methods in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. We support the institutions with standard solutions in risk measurement and management, regulatory bank management, and sales through data analytics solutions. Together with our partners, we offer the institutions centralized and standardized solutions, from designing the methods through their further development and IT implementation to implementation support.

• Designing banking-specific concepts for enhanced regulatory requirements for complex institutions, focusing, for example, on data aggregation and reporting, increased requirements for governance and data quality, methodological requirements in risk management, and reporting requirements in resolution or crisis contexts
• Translating regulatory requirements into business concepts, data requirements, and implementation measures as a project lead or project team member
• Supporting IT implementation and developing new solutions, such as reporting in bank management
• Planning and managing the implementation of regulatory requirements in close coordination with the savings banks supervised by the ECB
• Working in partnership with the savings banks supervised by the ECB and other service providers as the interface between the business unit, IT, and the institution
• Cross-functional business coordination with colleagues responsible for bank management methods, such as risk management, overall bank simulation, and data quality

• Successfully completed degree in economics, mathematics, or natural sciences, or comparable professional qualification
• Professional experience in the banking sector, banking-specific data understanding, and experience in project work
• Initial knowledge of banking regulation and ideally SQL or other programming languages
• Very good written and spoken German at C1 level
• Strong team-oriented approach, with a touch of humor
