• Recording, analyzing, and structuring existing business processes at the client
• Identifying weaknesses, dependencies, and potential for optimization
• Modeling processes in structured formats (e.g., BPMN or comparable methods)
• Translating business requirements into clearly structured requirements and decision-making materials
• Working closely with project managers, architects, and development teams
• Understanding IT systems, data flows, and technical constraints
• Translating business problems and requirements into technology-oriented solution concepts
• Actively supporting the evaluation of solution options and target architectures
• Planning, conducting, and following up on client workshops (remote and on-site)
• Moderating discussions with different stakeholders in a structured way
• Documenting results, decisions, and open points
• Building and developing a trusting working relationship with the client and showing genuine interest in their challenges
• Structuring complex content into presentations, decision-making materials, and white papers
• Creating clear, understandable, and consistent documents for management and business departments
• Confidently using visual and textual formats
• Maintaining high standards for structure, traceability, and clarity
• Actively using AI tools in your day-to-day work (e.g., for analysis, structuring, and documentation)
• Taking an interest in seeing AI as an opportunity and integrating it sensibly into projects and working methods
• Being open to trying out and developing new methods and tools

• Several years of experience in consulting or a consulting-related role.
• Proven experience in process discovery and structuring.
• Work experience in an IT environment and an understanding of technical interrelationships.
• Routine in structured representations (e.g., BPMN).
• Practical personal use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Curiosity and client focus, with genuine interest in clients' problems and in developing suitable solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems and identify process optimizations and efficiency improvements.
• Initiative, a strong ability to deliver, and an independent, structured approach to work.
• Very good communication skills in German and English; you can explain complex technical and business contexts clearly to different audiences, especially at management and client level.
• A successfully completed degree, for example in business administration or business informatics, or a qualification combined with practical experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Occasional business trips within the DACH region (as agreed with the client).

• Ideally, you can easily come to our office in Berlin or Kamp-Lintfort twice a month.
• Working model: hybrid (12 days in the office and 34 days working remotely), with the option to work on-site full-time; subject to individual agreement and depending on the company's current phase of work.
• Working hours: 32–40 hours, weekdays.
• Start date: by individual agreement.
