• You lead business workstreams and requirements workshops, translating strategic Payments goals and regulatory requirements into functional specifications, solution designs and traceable user stories.
• You are responsible for business analyses of national and international payment systems such as SEPA, SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, CBPR+, RTGS, ACH and real-time payments, and support the interpretation of rulebooks, scheme compliance and readiness assessments.
• You design payment hub and orchestration solutions and define routing, transformation, screening, exception handling and settlement processes.
• Together with relevant stakeholders, you ensure that compliance requirements and control points, particularly around AML and sanctions, are considered in payment journeys, functional design and testing.
• You assess new developments such as AI, digital assets, tokenized deposits, CBDCs or stablecoins for their potential impact on payment processes and future customer solutions.

• You have many years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Payments Consultant or Payments SME in large-scale banking and transformation programs.
• You have in-depth knowledge of end-to-end payment processing, as well as SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, CBPR+, clearing and settlement models, and national and international payment systems.
• You are familiar with scheme and compliance requirements in payments and can assess their impact on processes, payment flows, AML and sanctions checks, and system landscapes.
• You have experience introducing or modernizing payment hubs, for example Finastra GPP, Fiserv Dovetail, ACI MTS, Volante VolPay or Tietoevry Payment Hub; ideally, you are also familiar with PPI's TRAVIC product family, particularly the TRAVIC Payment Hub.
• You combine strong payments expertise with an interest in AI and innovative payment technologies and can critically assess their potential uses and put them into context for senior stakeholders.
