InPost is a leading European out-of-home e-commerce enablement platform that provides delivery services through a vast network of automated parcel machines and pick-up drop-off points, alongside courier and fulfillment services.

• Act as a bridge between Product teams and the Data organization to translate business needs into data requirements;
• Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpret business and product metrics for decision-making;
• Own and oversee event tracking, including defining requirements, validating implementation, and ensuring consistency;
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to build and improve production-ready data models for Product Analytics;
• Analyze business performance and user behavior using Databricks (SQL / Spark);
• Present insights using Power BI;
• Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results.

• 3+ Years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role;
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud data platforms;
• Proven experience in KPI defining and Event Tracking;
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations;
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consult stakeholders;
• Polish and English (B2+);
• Nice to have: Experience with Databricks, familiarity with Power BI, exposure to e-commerce platforms or products.
