• Manage the full lifecycle of experiments, from hypothesis definition and metric selection to post-test analysis;
• Propose measurement strategies and evaluate the feasibility of proposed tests;
• Build and maintain clear, decision-oriented dashboards for stakeholders;
• Partner with the product team to prepare actionable data deliverables;
• Drive insights by interpreting user behavior patterns across experiments and KPIs;
• Define and improve the tooling strategy for data acquisition and analysis.

• Several years of experience as a product analyst or in a similar role within a digital product environment, ideally in subscription or e-commerce;
• Strong expertise in experimentation, including A/B test design, funnel analysis, and result validation;
• Proficiency with Amplitude (or equivalent), data visualization tools like Tableau, and SQL;
• Ability to cross-check client-side and backend data;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Strong product instinct and ability to think from the user's perspective;
• Nice to have: Experience with adult, dating, or other age-restricted verticals, background in a small team where you defined the analytics function.
