• Define key customer metrics and identify strategic opportunities to drive product management efforts;
• Own and optimize all customer-facing analytics tools to empower data-driven decisions;
• Conduct continuous, in-depth analysis to uncover business trends and opportunities;
• Implement A/B testing to optimize product performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-backed recommendations for decision-making;
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership;
• Identify and address potential challenges proactively;
• Implement strategies to enhance product performance and customer experience.

• 5+ Years of experience in data analysis and interpretation (Marketing, Business, or Product);
• High proficiency in SQL;
• Proven experience utilizing Google Analytics for web analytics and reporting;
• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and management;
• Experience with data visualization of large data sets using BI systems (Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc.);
• Experience working with data warehouse or data lake tools such as Snowflake, Athena, Redshift, or BigQuery;
• Experience working with data from global markets and international websites;
• English (fluent);
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence leadership;
• Startup mentality and a hands-on approach;
• Nice to have: Experience building ETL processes, knowledge or experience in ELK stack and Grafana.
