The product analytics team supports data-informed decision-making by analyzing in-game economy, player behavior, and event performance to identify growth opportunities and enhance player experience.

• Support the team with product analytics tasks including analysis of in-game events, in-game economy, and player behavior;
• Conduct ad hoc research by collecting data, testing hypotheses, and formulating conclusions;
• Participate in analyzing the in-game economy and calculating the balance of in-game events;
• Build and maintain dashboards for key product metrics;
• Prepare analytical reports and visualizations based on research results;
• Maintain productive communication with stakeholders;
• Contribute to product improvements for in-game events and features.

• 2+ Years of experience in product analytics;
• Strong proficiency in Python and Pandas;
• Basic understanding of statistics and experience with Tableau;
• Ability to collect, analyze, and identify data patterns to formulate conclusions;
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and desire to grow in product analytics;
• Nice to have: Experience in game development, experience with mobile applications.
