Wise is a global technology company building a platform for moving and managing money internationally. The organization focuses on minimizing fees, increasing ease of use, and maximizing speed for individuals and businesses sending, spending, or receiving money across borders.

• Own the Competitive Intelligence analytical domain by building scalable price competitiveness tracking and creating frameworks to identify market opportunities;
• Translate pricing and competitor signals into actionable insights for Product, Growth, Pricing, and Marketing teams to drive measurable impact;
• Create and track OKRs for the Competitive Intelligence mission, ensuring accountability through clear reporting and progress monitoring;
• Define measurement and attribution for comparison-led acquisition across various channels including Paid, CRM, and SEO;
• Optimize user-facing comparison tools by analyzing conversion drivers and conducting experiments such as A/B tests and holdouts;
• Develop and maintain data products and pipelines, including dbt models and metric layers, to ensure scalable and reliable comparison intelligence.

• Background in product analytics;
• Advanced SQL skills and experience in building scalable datasets and self-serve reporting;
• Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems, define success metrics, and drive prioritization;
• Experience in running experiments and applying analytical judgment in complex data environments;
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau;
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Pricing knowledge.
