Product Analyst

Joyteractive is a mobile game development company focused on creating puzzle games, including the popular title Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle. The team consists of 60 professionals dedicated to building mobile gaming experiences.

• Collect, analyze, and present data to support product management and marketing decisions;
• Construct and visualize key product metrics and indicators;
• Design product and marketing feature experiments and estimate their impact using A/B testing;
• Monitor user behavior and provide actionable insights;
• Conduct deep-dive analyses proactively and upon request to identify product opportunities;
• Propose product improvements based on data insights to drive key metrics.

• 2+ Years of experience in product analytics within the gamedev industry;
• Knowledge of statistics, including experiment design and statistical tests;
• Proficiency in SQL;
• Programming experience in Python or R (Python preferred);
• Experience with business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Nice to have: Experience with PostgreSQL, Redshift, RDS, experience in match3, puzzle, casual, or midcore genres, experience in marketing and monetization analytics, experience in calculating LTV and forecasting, experience in business intelligence or game design within the mobile gaming industry.
