Product Analyst

Quadcode is a fintech company specializing in financial brokerage activities and the development of advanced financial products, including an internal trading platform offered as a SaaS solution to other brokers.

• Conduct in-depth analytical research and test hypotheses independently;
• Lead the product analytics team, mentor team members, and conduct one-on-one sessions;
• Build a backlog of hypotheses and product tasks;
• Optimize funnels and product systems;
• Support product teams with A/B testing and task prioritization;
• Serve as a strategic partner to product teams in decision-making.

• 5+ Years in product analytics;
• 2+ Years managing an analytics team;
• Proficient in SQL and Python;
• Active use of AI tools and integration into analytical processes;
• Strong expertise in A/B testing and hypothesis validation;
• Deep understanding of product metrics and metric trees;
• Experience building analytics on telemetry data;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Stakeholder management and expectation alignment;
• Ownership mindset over key metrics;
• Ability to structure ambiguity and prioritize effectively;
• Experience applying DISC profiling and competency/maturity frameworks.
