Murex business analyst for commodity and FX derivatives

Luxoft is looking for a Business Analyst to join a Treasury project at one of the largest banks in Poland. The project covers the development and maintenance of the Murex MX.3 platform in the Commodity area.

• Identify, analyse, and document business requirements
• Support the optimisation of business processes
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and propose solutions to developers
• Review development outcomes and support the testing process
• Prepare analytical documentation and run workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Work closely with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, and IT teams

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Murex MX.3, preferably in FXD and Commodity
• 3+ Years in a Business Analyst role in the financial sector
• Knowledge of trading processes for financial instruments and/or commodity products
• Functional and technical knowledge of Murex, including its data model and database structure, Front Office module (e-tradepad, simulation), static data configuration, market data (RTBS, MDIT), and technical layer (pre-trade rules, MSL, exchange, UDF)
• Good SQL and data analysis skills
• Understanding of risk, valuation, or reporting in financial markets
• Experience in Murex implementation or development projects
• Communicative English in an international environment
