The team works within a Tier-1 wealth management bank’s Agentic Products Team, using AI technologies to deliver solutions and agents.

• Develop production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities, including prompt and model configuration, evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and support approval, documentation, and operational readiness
• Design and develop reusable agentic AI workflows with LangGraph and LLMs
• Craft and refine effective prompts for diverse tasks
• Use Git for version control and GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Practical experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD in a team environment
• Hands-on experience in agentic AI system design and orchestration
• Good prompt engineering skills for LLM control and output reliability
• Solid understanding of Model Garden
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical specifications
• Readiness to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong problem-solving ability and logical reasoning
