IT business analyst in fintech

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with fintech or banking experience to join our team 💼 If you have strong analytical skills, experience with business process modeling, and a solid understanding of software development, we’d love to hear from you 🚀

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or banking.
• Understanding of fintech projects and business processes in the financial industry.
• Conversational English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in preparing project documentation, such as WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases, etc.
• Experience in business process modeling using BPMN and creating various diagrams and models using UML.
• Experience participating in communication between stakeholders involved in software development projects and managing project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UX fundamentals and experience with prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing changes to software development requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, engagement, and passion for the profession.
