IT business analyst in digital transformation

We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join a key team in strategic transformation projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document detailed requirements, and analyze existing processes, systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams in designing process improvements, system optimization and new technology solutions.
• Coordinate the relationship between business units, IT teams and external suppliers, managing expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Drive change management activities to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes, systems and tools.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling and monitoring, as well as coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validations.
• Define KPIs, monitor project results and prepare executive reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in similar roles and proven familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and emerging digital solutions.
• Fluent in English (usual working environment in English) and Spanish.
