- supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that supports critical business operations
требования
- Experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or ICT Analysis within software development environments
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops, and writing user stories
- Experience with UML, BPMN, and functional documentation
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management tools
- Experience supporting functional testing, UAT, and production support activities
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Comfortable working closely with both business users and software development teams
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
