• Work side by side with clients to identify, analyse and specify their business requirements
• Model and document business processes using BPMN
• Produce clear, high-quality functional documentation
• Provide user support and deliver training sessions
• Guide clients through decisions, acting as a trusted point of reference throughout the project

• 2 to 3 years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis and specification with clients
• Fluency in Portuguese and French, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of BPMN
• Strong analytical skills, a critical mindset and great attention to detail
• Experience in user support and training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly, retain information and apply knowledge to new situations
• Strong organisational skills and a structured, systematic approach to work
• Availability to travel to Luxembourg
