Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a similar field;
Relevant experience in Business Analysis roles, preferably in digital transformation projects and the development of technological solutions;
At least 2 years of proven experience gathering, analysing, clarifying and validating requirements with business areas;
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, including identifying scenarios and dependencies;
Experience designing, analysing and optimising business processes;
Autonomy and critical thinking to challenge and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment between the business, processes and development teams;
Experience managing expectations and communicating with different stakeholders;
Experience monitoring implementation, testing and solution validation;
Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
Experience with JIRA and Confluence;
Excellent analysis, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills;
Proactivity, autonomy, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach;
Ability to work as part of a team and manage priorities, ensuring the quality of deliverables and meeting deadlines;
Immediate availability.

условия
Hybrid — Lisbon (2 days a week in the office).
Gross monthly salary: €2,600–€2,900 per month.
