Growth Analyst

Higgsfield AI develops AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. The company reports a $1B annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powers 390 Fortune 500 brands.

• Parse, clean, and structure data from product, marketing, and payment sources
• Own ETL processes
• Build and maintain daily-use dashboards for the growth team
• Analyze the full funnel from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue, and identify underperforming areas
• Reconcile figures across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools
• Identify anomalies, patterns, and opportunities
• Generate and prioritize hypotheses to increase reach and revenue
• Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations and visualizations
• Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, and incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes
• Answer the team’s data questions promptly so growth managers can act without waiting
• Help design experiments and measure their results
• Automate data collection, reporting, and dashboard refreshes
• Use Google Sheets, SQL, Python, APIs, or scripts to reduce manual work and improve reliability as volume scales

• Proficient in Google Sheets and SQL
• Entry-level Python skills are sufficient
• Understand ETL processes and how data moves between systems
• Able to create clear, decision-ready charts for non-analysts
• Resourceful, responsible, and ownership-minded
• Clear written and spoken English at B2+ level
• Not a fit if you wait to be told what to analyze, prefer building models over driving decisions, need perfect data before providing useful insights, are uncomfortable presenting findings and pushing back, or want predictable 9–5 workdays
