EPAM’s Global Finance department includes the Business Partnering Services team, which focuses on administrative and financial operations and supports collaboration between EPAM’s leadership and clients.
задачи
Collaborate with senior team members to assist in revenue operations for specific clients;
Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and on time, addressing discrepancies;
Update and maintain internal systems to support data accuracy and organizational integrity;
Generate and format timesheets and reports for internal and client requirements;
Participate in team and client discussions to align on tasks and improve communication;
Assist with revenue-related activities, including data validation, forecasting preparation, and gaining insights into invoicing processes;
Build financial knowledge through contracts, financial procedures, and reporting responsibilities.
требования
Up to one year of experience in audit, accounting, or finance-related tasks;
Bachelor’s degree or current studies in economics or finance;
Familiarity with Excel, including basic functions, formatting, and organizational tools;
Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint;
English proficiency at B1+ or higher;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Nice to have: Excel pivot tables and charts, proactive mindset, attention to detail, adaptability, clear collaborative communication, team-oriented mentality.
