• Architect, design, and deploy complex interactive dashboards and enterprise visual reporting solutions using PowerBI and Tableau;
• Lead analytical initiatives within the squad, collaborating with Java Engineers and Data Engineers on data pipelines, data modeling, and performance optimization;
• Drive AI-related analytics projects by integrating intelligent insights, predictive metrics, and automated workflows into client-facing and internal dashboards;
• Translate ambiguous financial and payment domain problems into analytical frameworks, KPIs, and executive-level recommendations;
• Own the end-to-end dashboard lifecycle from requirements gathering and data modeling and validation through deployment, stakeholder alignment, and continuous performance tuning;
• Act as a key contact for product owners and business leaders, mentor team members, enforce data visualization best practices, and ensure data accuracy.

• 5+ Years of commercial experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics;
• Proven experience working in a Senior or Lead capacity;
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau, including advanced DAX, LOD expressions, complex data modeling, row-level security, and dashboard performance optimization;
• Strong SQL expertise for complex data extraction, aggregation, window functions, and data quality validation;
• Experience leading AI-driven or advanced analytics projects and bridging engineering teams with business stakeholders;
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, including prioritization, ambiguity management, and presenting complex insights to non-technical audiences;
• Fluent English for daily engagement with Belfast-based leadership;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
