Allformance is a data-driven media consultancy and a partner of Google, TikTok, Snap, and Amazon. The company develops proprietary analytics and advertising solutions and assists businesses in fintech, gaming, and e-commerce with measurement maturity and scaling.
задачи
- Create measurement plans and technical documentation to translate business objectives into KPIs;
- Conduct audits and implement analytics for web and mobile products, including GA4 and Firebase configuration;
- Optimize events and parameters, identify tracking gaps, and propose improvements;
- Work with GTM and server-side GTM to design tag architecture and implement tracking scenarios considering privacy restrictions;
- Support the sales team in GA360 pre-sales by participating in client meetings and preparing use cases;
- Process raw data in BigQuery by building queries, validating data quality, and performing ad-hoc analyses;
- Create reports and visualizations using GA4, Explorations, and Looker Studio.
требования
- Proven experience in web and mobile analytics with GA4 and Firebase;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with BigQuery;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and educate;
- Fluent Russian (C1+);
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+);
- Nice to have: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Python (pandas, API integrations).
