• Take ownership of Qlik applications within an assigned domain wave, such as Finance or Supply Chain;
• Understand application structure, load scripts, QVD usage, and business logic;
• Support shadow, reverse-shadow, parallel run, and hypercare activities;
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI defects, including reload failures, data mismatches, performance bottlenecks, broken visuals, and permission or access issues, in coordination with the platform administrator;
• Support parallel run validation by comparing outputs between incumbent or vendor-run cycles and EPAM-run cycles;
• Investigate discrepancies and document evidence for sign-off;
• Contribute to operational readiness through runbooks, known-issues logs, and monitoring inputs;
• Manage incident and problem tickets;
• Participate in assess and rationalise (4R) activities for the BI estate;
• Rebuild or refactor priority Finance and Supply Chain analytics assets and data models as modernization proceeds;
• Collaborate with the data platform team using Snowflake and governance teams to align consumption patterns, definitions, and controls.

• 3+ Years of hands-on experience delivering BI solutions on Qlik Sense, on-premises and/or SaaS;
• Proficiency in reading, debugging, and improving Qlik load scripts, data models, and front-end performance;
• Experience supporting BI in a production or BAU context, including incidents and SLAs, with a stability-first mindset;
• Experience with modern data warehouses and SQL-based data validation;
• Good communication skills for cross-functional work with Product Leads, SMEs, QA, and Platform Ops;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Snowflake, analytics transition or vendor handover or service takeover, governance and access controls such as Qlik Section Access and SOX-like control environments, test automation or data reconciliation tooling for BI validation, BI estate modernization including rationalization, rebuild patterns, and semantic layer concepts.
