The project delivers a large-scale data transformation program for a systemically important organization in Central Asia. It includes an enterprise analytical data platform, regulatory and operational web applications, data warehouses and marts, data quality and metadata capabilities, and integrations with enterprise and government information systems.

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements (BRD);
• Participate in designing enterprise analytical solutions and web applications;
• Define system interaction logic, status models, asynchronous processing flows and error-handling scenarios;
• Design logical data models and Source-to-Target mappings (S2T);
• Specify business and technical transformation requirements;
• Model and document business processes using BPMN;
• Prepare integration requirements for enterprise systems and external services, including digital signature solutions;
• Facilitate workshops, demos and requirements reviews with stakeholders;
• Support iterative delivery and requirements clarification throughout the project lifecycle.

• 3+ Years of experience as a System Analyst, Data Analyst or BI Analyst;
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs and window functions;
• Experience designing analytical data models, data marts or reporting solutions;
• Strong requirements engineering skills and ability to translate business needs into development specifications;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders;
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Professional working proficiency in English;
• Fluent Uzbek and/or Russian;
• Nice to have: Python for data analysis or automation, experience building BI dashboards and management reporting, banking, financial services or fintech background, experience with regulatory reporting initiatives, understanding of Data Quality, Metadata Management or Reference Data Management practices.
