THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
Customer data is increasingly critical to how we understand customer journeys, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver better outcomes for both customers and the Bank. We're looking for a naturally curious and analytical individual who enjoys problem solving, has a keen eye for detail, and can confidently work with stakeholders to drive improvements in data quality and controls.

- Monitoring and analysing customer data quality, producing reporting and insights to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigating data quality exceptions and working with stakeholders to implement effective and sustainable solutions.
- Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of controls that ensure customer data remains accurate, consistent and trusted across systems.
- Producing dashboards, management information and control reporting to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, control effectiveness and customer outcomes.
- Managing customer data change requests, ensuring appropriate governance, audit trails and system updates are maintained.
- Adhering to data governance standards and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR and FSCS.
