data analyst for CRM Marketing

Exness is an international fintech company. Its Data & Analytics team supports CRM Marketing and the broader Marketing division through experimentation, analytical insights, data-backed recommendations, data operations, and data quality management.

• Design and execute A/B tests, formulate hypotheses, measure experiment results, apply statistical methodologies, and provide recommendations to optimize CRM campaigns;
• Analyze client and partner data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and uncover growth and retention opportunities;
• Collaborate with CRM Marketing and other Marketing teams to gather requirements, align objectives, and define data task scope;
• Analyze the CRM Marketing landscape to identify improvements in automated journeys and channels;
• Develop, maintain, and monitor data-driven processes across CRM systems;
• Provide actionable insights, research, and quantitative analyses on a regular and ad hoc basis to support decision-making;
• Support the integration of new data sources into the marketing automation system;
• Apply advanced analytics and predictive modeling to forecast customer behavior and identify monetization opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field;
• 4+ Years of experience in Data Analytics with a strong focus on A/B testing;
• Strong experience in Python;
• Strong experience in SQL, including complex queries and analytic functions;
• Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics;
• Ability to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce insights;
• Ability to formalize and visualize data analysis results efficiently;
• Ability to communicate complex statistical and mathematical concepts to a non-technical audience;
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and handle multiple simultaneous deadlines;
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and produce fast solutions;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Upper-intermediate English;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Any other language.
