• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making;
• Collect and integrate data from ATS, internal systems, spreadsheets, and third-party sources;
• Clean and structure data, define quality standards, and implement automated validation checks;
• Conduct surveys and ad-hoc analyses, identify trends, and propose data-driven improvements;
• Administer the ATS and create clear visualizations and presentations for HR and business stakeholders;
• Promote data-driven HR practices, automate workflows, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

• At least 1 year of analytics experience and a relevant university degree;
• Experience with Python, ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Git, and Airflow or similar orchestration tools;
• Strong SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL, and knowledge of Star/Snowflake dimensional modeling;
• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools and ability to build clear dashboards and reports;
• Basic knowledge of statistics and probability, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights;
• Ability to independently gather and structure stakeholder requirements;
• English at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: HR data analytics experience, ML, dbt, Airbyte, Data Vault 2.0, SCD.
