• Source, negotiate with, and onboard influencers, streamers, media outlets, and community leads across Tier-1 and CEE markets for crypto and hybrid projects
• Launch and oversee creator integrations, including sponsored streams, dedicated reviews, stream overlays, and banners, for crypto-savvy and mainstream/fiat audiences
• Drive organic and sponsored presence across X, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and niche media through direct sponsorships and strategic partnerships
• Monitor and evaluate influencer and channel performance using Streams Charts, TwitchTracker, and other analytics tools to assess audience quality and placement effectiveness
• Analyze traffic and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
• Maintain accurate reporting and partner records, keeping key metrics, campaign results, and commercial agreements up to date

• Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 markets and CEE regions
• Proven track record promoting crypto, Web3, or hybrid (crypto + fiat) platforms
• Proven track record in brand awareness and user acquisition campaigns across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and podcasts, including prerolls, stream overlays, native integrations, and branded segments
• Hands-on experience acquiring traffic via X, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram across mainstream gaming/tech and crypto-native communities
• Proficiency in influencer and streaming analytics tools such as Streams Charts and TwitchTracker, as well as affiliate trackers, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and messengers for end-to-end performance tracking
• Strong English (B2+/C1/Fluent), mandatory for direct negotiations with international creators and agencies
