Data Analyst

• Collect and organize requirements for business data marts, data processing streams, extracts, and reports to support company’s new pricing platform implementation effort;
• Identify requirements for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Design, implement, and maintain pricing-specific ETL processes from various sources to a consolidated data mart used for analytical purposes;
• Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards using advanced analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to assist management in the decision-making process;
• Implement data mart, ETL, data validation, and quality control measures in collaboration with data and database developers;
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on data warehousing systems and tools;
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis projects as required, providing timely and actionable insights to support business operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and statistical analysis within the insurance sector;
• Expertise in C#, Python, and other relevant languages for data analysis;
• Advanced skills in SQL, Microstrategy Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization and analysis tools;
• Experience with Salesforce Tableau and a solid understanding of insurance and actuarial data processing;
• Strong business requirements solicitation skills and ample experience in interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining insurance-specific data warehouses;
• Strong knowledge of actuarial data requirements and processing techniques, supporting actuarial teams with accurate and timely data;
• English B2+ level proficiency;
• Nice to have: Solid understanding of Microstrategy and its application in the insurance industry.
