• Lead and grow the analytics team by managing the roadmap, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews, and participating in hiring;
• Execute hands-on tasks by writing SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling;
• Build an end-to-end metric tree to measure product quality across the document-processing pipeline;
• Create reporting and dashboards to surface insights for ML, product, and leadership teams;
• Drive data preparation for ML, model quality assessment, and benchmarking in collaboration with the ML team;
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across mobile and server-side platforms;
• Monitor data and labeling accuracy while building controls to maintain high quality;
• Translate data gaps into actionable tasks for backend and data teams and justify their prioritization;
• Systematize one-off analyses into repeatable pipelines and reporting cadences.

• Proven team leadership experience combined with a hands-on approach to technical work;
• Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-structured code;
• Strong SQL skills and experience with columnar or analytical databases;
• Deep knowledge of statistics and experimental design, including A/B testing and result interpretation;
• Experience with modern data tooling such as workflow orchestration, data transformation, cloud storage, and experiment tracking;
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business-justified requirements;
• High level of ownership, autonomy, and pragmatism in an evolving environment;
• Nice to have: Experience with ML-centered products, familiarity with data labeling processes and quality estimation, domain exposure to identity documents, OCR, or computer-vision pipelines.
