Data Analyst

Deversity is a Belgrade-based company that develops software solutions to address business challenges by analyzing client operations and market requirements.

• Lead advanced analytics and reporting initiatives, driving the full lifecycle of data storytelling from dataset conception to visual insight delivery;
• Design and implement data mapping and matching strategies to harmonize disparate data sources;
• Execute sophisticated data modeling in DBT and integrate new sources into the warehouse;
• Collaborate with North American partners to translate business requirements into technical data solutions;
• Maintain and optimize the analytical ecosystem to ensure performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness;
• Conduct deep-dive analytical projects such as predictive trends or cohort analysis.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or a similar role;
• Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools;
• Solid experience with SQL, including hands-on expertise in designing scalable data models, building complex analytical queries, and optimizing performance at scale;
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-friendly terms;
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Nice to have: Experience with data analysis languages or tools (e.g., Python, R, SPSS, SAS), experience using DBT, degree from FON, ETF, EKOF, MATF, or FTN.
