The Central Tech Analytics Team serves as a primary data and insights partner for leadership, tech, and product teams, transforming operational, financial, engineering, and workforce data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.

• Own the design and delivery of parts of Data Analytics solutions based on business requirements, contributing from idea generation to implementation;
• Work independently on consuming data, preparing it for analytical use, and translating business problems into data stories;
• Deliver work that informs business decisions for the product or business topic;
• Leverage foundational skills in data analysis and visualization to answer business questions;
• Incorporate stakeholder requirements into intuitive and insightful visualizations;
• Collaborate with stakeholders in operational and project-based roles;
• Communicate data insights in an accessible, business-friendly manner;
• Adopt existing internal Data Analytics approaches and expand technical competencies;
• Network and connect with peers in related crafts like Data Engineering to ensure successful outcomes;
• Ensure quality of work by validating it through peer review.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data or software adjacent field, working with systems and data infrastructure at scale;
• Proficiency in data analysis languages such as SQL and Python;
• Proficiency in building dashboards and using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI;
• Independent experience working with ETL/ELT tools and methodologies;
• Independent experience working with relational databases and SQL in an analytical context;
• Ability to explain analyses clearly and present ideas in a structured way;
• Ability to work independently with limited support in an ambiguous environment;
• Ability to identify blockers early and communicate them well;
• Nice to have: Experience working in a technical/engineering scope rather than commercial analytics, experience working with stakeholders or cross-functional partners in an engineering-heavy environment.
