Data Analyst

• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and management to identify and translate business needs into data-driven solutions;
• Prioritize and plan projects and recurring requests;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project results;
• Conduct end-to-end data analysis cycles, from requirement gathering to data exploration in Datapool and external sources;
• Propose and generate KPIs;
• Build reports and dashboards to present information;
• Design, develop, maintain, and automate processes for recurring monitoring and ad-hoc requests;
• Participate in the migration of processes and projects to cloud environments.

• Degree in Science or Engineering;
• Strong analytical and data management skills;
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Data Discovery, and Statistical Analysis;
• Proficiency in Python, GIT, and Airflow;
• Experience in generating dashboards using tools like QlikSense or Looker;
• Advanced knowledge of office software (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Nice to have: Experience in customer experience analysis (NPS, touchpoints), experience with Google Cloud or AWS, previous experience in banking analytics or BI departments.
