Data Analyst

Glovo is a local delivery platform that provides a service for delivering goods to customers. The company operates in approximately 65 countries worldwide and is part of the Delivery Hero Group.

• Explore and find the most optimal logistics payment structure to maximize global rider engagement;
• Strategically redesign the courier payment framework to improve key operational metrics by designing models that reward factors like vehicle used, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability;
• Dive deep into massive datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities;
• Own the experimentation process to validate ideas by designing, running, and analyzing experiments like A/B testing and switchback tests;
• Monitor the performance of strategies by tracking KPIs and making data-driven adjustments;
• Understand and address local and regional needs by analyzing the rider perspective.

• Degree in Engineering, Maths, or another STEM field;
• 2+ Years of experience in a data analytics role with a focus on translating insights into business actions and measuring impact;
• Advanced SQL skills for complex querying and data extraction;
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with experimentation, designing and/or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies.
