Epic is a major telecommunications company in Cyprus and a member of a European group of telecommunications providers. The company operates a state-of-the-art network and maintains a focus on innovation and professional development within the technology sector.
задачи
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions;
- Develop, implement, and maintain weekly and monthly KPIs for commercial segments;
- Prepare data and analyze marketing and sales campaigns, including cross-sell, up-sell, and churn prevention;
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives;
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency;
- Provide commercial insight on month-end results, trends, and follow-up actions;
- Articulate standard KPIs to segment stakeholders;
- Act as an internal consultant to answer critical business questions.
требования
- 2+ Years of professional experience as an analyst in contract-based industry, market or consumer research, or business data analysis;
- BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Economics, or a related field;
- Proficient SQL skills and experience with data manipulation using Python or R;
- Experience with analytical or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
- Ability to utilize AI tools to improve efficiencies;
- Understanding of data warehouses and ETL principles;
- Experience with ETL platforms such as Airflow or Informatica;
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job;
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Nice to have: Postgraduate degree in a data science related field.
