Data Analyst

The company operates as a fast-paced affiliate marketing and iGaming business. It focuses on driving growth through data-informed marketing strategies and performance analysis.

• Analyze marketing and business data using critical thinking and quantitative methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights;
• Support decision-making by collecting, managing, and interpreting data relevant to marketing and wider business performance;
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand priorities and provide analytical support aligned with business and marketing goals;
• Produce, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and support optimization efforts;
• Identify new marketing opportunities and contribute to performance-driven decisions based on data findings;
• Organize and present findings clearly to relevant stakeholders to support strategic planning and execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to gather, organize, interpret, and present large volumes of data accurately;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision across multiple data sets and priorities;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively;
• Solid knowledge of Excel;
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: familiarity with other data analysis or visualization tools, additional languages.
