Data Analyst

Finom is a European fintech company that provides an all-in-one B2B financial platform integrating banking, accounting, financial management, and invoicing services for entrepreneurs. The organization focuses on simplifying financial operations through a mobile-first platform and AI-enabled accounting solutions.

• Own and extend the offline evaluation suite across products, including datasets, judges, and metrics;
• Build and maintain online quality dashboards for resolution rate, CSAT, error rate, and latency;
• Close the production feedback loop by mining failure patterns from real traffic, creating regression cases, and proposing product fixes;
• Harden evaluation methodology, including judge stability and non-determinism handling;
• Translate data into actionable decisions through weekly syncs and clear trade-offs.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for end-to-end analysis;
• Solid foundation in statistics, including sampling, hypothesis testing, and variance;
• Analytical mindset focused on business questions rather than tools;
• 3+ Years of experience in analyst or data scientist roles, with at least one year in a product context;
• Fluency or strong willingness to quickly become fluent in AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code;
• Nice to have: Experience in quality analytics for ML systems (ranking, recommendations, classification), hands-on experience evaluating LLM applications (RAG, agents, tool use), experience building LLM agents.
