Data Analyst

• Develop clear and measurable targets based on initiative scopes and improve forecasting capabilities;
• Act as an internal go-to person for data-related questions;
• Support product experimentation and testing by designing test plans, obtaining cross-functional alignment, executing analysis, and delivering actionable insights;
• Build analytics foundations and self-serve data platforms in collaboration with technical peers;
• Create dashboards to monitor team impact on company OKRs;
• Educate teams to improve data literacy through training and workshops;
• Collaborate with the broader data community to utilize shared platforms and innovations;
• Identify user friction points and business opportunities;
• Evaluate continuous releases using experimental or observational methods;
• Combine qualitative and quantitative research in collaboration with UX researchers;
• Ensure necessary data for future evaluation is captured through tracking events or backend services;
• Drive quantitative analysis and business discovery for the segment.

• 3+ Years of experience in the Product or Analytics field;
• Strong understanding of statistical methods for experimental and observational data analysis;
• Highly experienced with SQL and Python or R;
• Experience with common data visualization tools like Tableau, Metabase, Looker, or Superset;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience in high-growth startups managing Fraud or AFC topics, experience in quantitative research, experience in fintech.
