Data Analyst

CoinsPaid is a fintech company that builds blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy. The organization designs, implements, and scales payment systems that connect digital assets with financial operations, facilitating the adoption of crypto payments for businesses and financial institutions.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets from various sources, including blockchain transactions, financial markets, and customer data, using statistical techniques and visualization tools;
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for columnar databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility;
• Design and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms using Python to support strategic decision-making;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and data-driven strategies;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis processes, methodologies, and results;
• Work with stakeholders to identify needs and report outputs to drive business decisions;
• Stay current with industry trends in data analysis, blockchain, and finance to improve data infrastructure.

• 3+ Years of BI/Analytics experience;
• English B2+ and experience of verbal communication in international teams;
• Strong knowledge of SQL;
• Strong experience with Tableau data visualization;
• Internally-motivated, self-starter mindset with analytical thinking;
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams;
• Strong organization and presentation skills;
• Detail-oriented approach with a passion for analytics and problem-solving;
• Nice to have: Experience with Vertica or similar columnar database, demonstrable experience in the blockchain or finance domain, experience or familiarity with forecasting data (Python, R), experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes in Apache Airflow, experience or familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms and their real-world advantages/drawbacks, experience of ML models development.
