• Own the delivery of day-to-day analysis and insight, translating business questions into structured analytical outputs;
• Analyse large, multi-source datasets to identify trends, patterns and performance drivers;
• Support the execution of advanced analytical models, including regression, segmentation and multivariate analysis, led by the Advanced Analytics Lead;
• Prepare, clean and validate datasets used in modelling work, proactively identifying data quality issues or inconsistencies;
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs using tools such as Power BI, Looker or similar;
• Work closely with insights, commercial and product teams to understand analytical needs.

• Experience in a data analyst, analytics or insight role;
• Working knowledge of SQL;
• Experience analysing data using Excel, Python and/or R;
• Experience creating dashboards or visualisations using Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar;
• Exposure to statistical modelling techniques, including regression, segmentation and factor analysis;
• Experience working with survey, audience, marketing or perception data;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with media, advertising, brand or marketing effectiveness analytics, experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
