Utorg develops interfaces and APIs for managing stablecoins and cryptocurrencies, including on/off-ramps, stablecoin-linked cards, and self-custody applications. The company provides white-label wallet and payment infrastructure that enables partners to integrate stablecoin custody, transfers, and digital payments into fintech, gaming, and web3 applications.

• Build and maintain complex metrics trees, conversion funnels, and interactive dashboards to track portfolio performance, P&L, and accounting summaries;
• Automate external analytics delivery and design customized graphical and tabular reports for compliance and auditing reviews;
• Gather and formalize business requirements for financial data marts, acting as a bridge between the Finance/Accounting department and the Data Engineer;
• Design a data quality framework on the BI layer with automated validation checks and alerting mechanisms;
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of portfolio data, leveraging insights from AI models and developing forecasting models to support executive decision-making;
• Perform complex financial turnover analysis, anomaly detection, and A/B testing evaluation using BigQuery, Python, and expert-level queries;
• Build the Data Analysis approach across the company from scratch.

• 5+ Years of experience in data analysis, finance analytics, or regulatory reporting within payments, fintech, banking, or related financial services;
• Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction and complex aggregations in BigQuery;
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy) for data research and modeling;
• Extensive experience with BI tools (Looker, Grafana, Tableau, or Power BI) and building dashboards for C-level executives;
• Solid understanding of financial terminology, P&L structures, IFRS standards, and risk metrics (EAD, LGD, RWA);
• Proven ability to write clear technical requirements for the Data Engineering team;
• Nice to have: Experience with streaming data and event schemas (Kafka, Kinesis) or working knowledge of Spark/BigQuery/Snowflake, prior experience in crypto payments, custody reconciliation, or AML/transaction monitoring analytics, familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and formats (CTR/STR workflows, local payments reporting), degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
