HOMARIS operates a decentralized and digitized apartment chain that provides serviced apartments across various locations in Germany.

• Create and interpret actual-vs-budget comparisons to identify drivers behind forecast deviations;
• Prepare strategic analyses for business units and properties to support management decision-making;
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting, covering data modeling and visualization;
• Develop unit economics views at the property level to ensure profitability transparency;
• Learn and utilize LucaNet to serve as a secondary point of contact for planning and reporting data.

• Initial experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial/data analytics (ideally 1–3 years);
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and draw independent conclusions;
• Fluent German (native or equivalent) and good English (at least B2);
• Nice to have: Experience with LucaNet.
