Prime Insights is a Sweden-based technology company that operates a proprietary market research panel. The organization connects users with market research surveys to provide quantitative insights for clients while offering rewards to participants.

• Build and refine Metabase dashboards and reports for product, operations, growth, and leadership teams;
• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and decision-making;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into metrics, analyses, and recommendations;
• Define success metrics and maintain reporting for core company KPIs across app and web platforms;
• Identify data inconsistencies, missing data, or tracking gaps and propose scalable fixes;
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and opportunity sizing;
• Improve documentation, metric definitions, and dashboard usability to enable self-serve analytics.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytics role;
• Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, data modeling, and performance tuning;
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI;
• Solid analytical foundations in funnel analysis, cohorting, retention, segmentation, and KPI design;
• Familiarity with app and web analytics concepts like event tracking and attribution;
• Strong communication skills for explaining findings to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch;
• Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and risks;
• Nice to have: Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, or subscription businesses.
