• Pull data from a range of sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for business users;
• Partner with stakeholders to understand tracking needs and define KPIs;
• Write SQL to extract, shape, and manipulate data from databases;
• Use Python to clean, automate, and analyze datasets;
• Monitor data quality and consistency across reporting outputs;
• Document reporting logic, sources, and processes;
• Improve reporting scalability and performance.

• 2-4 Years of experience in an analytics or BI role;
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI;
• Confident SQL skills for data extraction and transformation;
• Proficiency in Python for analysis and automation;
• Analytical mindset and knowledge of data visualization best practices;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Google Cloud, BigQuery.
