• Analyze performance and user behaviors across websites and product interfaces;
• Analyze performance and user behaviors in A/B tests or pre-post experiments;
• Generate testing hypotheses by providing exploratory analysis of products and past tests;
• Perform data cleaning and validation;
• Define new tracking requirements for Google Analytics;
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to share performance insights with senior management and C-level stakeholders;
• Lead data-driven initiatives to improve company decision-making and business knowledge;
• Investigate and implement new methodologies, data analysis techniques, or tools for team projects;
• Collaborate with user researchers and designers to identify knowledge gaps and research opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.);
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a role with a strong analytical component;
• Experience in user behavior analysis using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, Amplitude, or Matomo;
• Strong knowledge of math and statistical concepts behind A/B testing;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets;
• Advanced Office skills and experience with analytical tools;
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as LookerStudio, Tableau, Looker, or Qlikview;
• Business proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: R or Python programming skills, Google Analytics API knowledge, previous programming experience, knowledge of data structure and dataset management in Google Cloud Platform, experience with applied AI tools, experimentation mindset, AI-enhanced problem-solving skills, adaptability and learning agility.
