• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL;
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics;
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis;
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs;
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems;
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to improve reporting efficiency;
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to leadership and business teams;
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates;
• Support business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field;
• 2+ Years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role;
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations;
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Apache Superset, Python, R, data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
