• Interpret complex datasets and analyse results using critical thinking and advanced statistical techniques;
• Work across a cross-functional team to prioritise core business and marketing needs;
• Develop, manage, and optimise data structures that support corporate decision-making;
• Generate actionable insights from diverse datasets, identifying underlying trends and patterns;
• Drive high-impact, data-led marketing decisions;
• Locate, evaluate, and define new growth and marketing opportunities;
• Produce, monitor, and track KPIs to keep performance aligned with company targets.

• Hands-on online experience in a related niche such as online entertainment, dating, adult, or iGaming;
• Proven analytical and quantitative ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present significant amounts of data with accuracy;
• Solid proficiency in Excel;
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple complex tasks;
• Ability to clearly communicate and present complex findings to stakeholders;
• Fluent English (written and verbal);
• Nice to have: Experience with data analysis or visualisation tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, knowledge of additional languages.
