• Lead the Acquisition Marketing Measurement domain roadmap and prioritization with stakeholders;
• Act as a partner to marketing teams for measurement strategy and data-related questions;
• Collaborate with senior leadership to advise on measurement techniques and steer business decisions;
• Drive marketing science initiatives, including Marketing Mix Modeling and Customer Lifetime Value adoption;
• Own the Acquisition Marketing Test & Learn workstream from experiment design to analysis;
• Build scalable, reliable, and self-serve resources, including measurement frameworks and analytics dashboards;
• Contribute to the company knowledge base and drive data literacy among stakeholders;
• Develop clear and measurable targets based on initiative scopes;
• Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams across the organization.

• 5+ Years of experience in Marketing or Product Analytics, with a focus on acquisition strategies and effectiveness measurement;
• Proven success in partnering with technical and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives;
• Solid experience in Marketing Mix Modeling and driving experiment design, implementation, and analysis;
• Strong expertise in statistical methods for experimental and observational data analysis;
• Highly experienced with SQL and Python/R for data cleaning, modeling, and analysis;
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or Superset;
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical topics to non-technical audiences;
• Highly knowledgeable on marketing topics such as audience segmentation, targeting, and data enrichment;
• Nice to have: Experience in high-growth startups managing acquisition, brand marketing, strategy, or conversion rate optimization; previous experience in a fintech environment.
