• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive product and business growth;
• Lead product discovery efforts by identifying user journey friction points and providing evidence-based recommendations;
• Communicate findings effectively to product managers, business stakeholders, and executives through clear, actionable narratives;
• Build and maintain scalable data models using SQL;
• Ensure data quality by identifying root causes of data issues and partnering with engineering teams;
• Create and maintain dashboards in tools such as Looker or Hex;
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide end-to-end analytical support;
• Drive experimentation and data-informed decision-making by designing and analyzing A/B tests.

• 3-5 Years of experience in data analytics within a product-focused and tech-driven environment;
• High proficiency in SQL and data modeling;
• Experience transforming complex data into actionable insights using visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical methods;
• Familiarity with modern analytics stacks and tracking tools such as Segment or GA4;
• Nice to have: knowledge of dbt and Google BigQuery, basic Python skills, experience in B2C product environments or the sports and wellness industry.
