CRM consultant in no-code platforms

At N52 Solutions, we help companies transform and improve their sales, marketing, customer service, and other critical business processes. We combine extensive experience in business transformation with modern technology, primarily Creatio, an AI-native CRM and no-code platform that enables rapid application development and business process automation. We are looking for a CRM Consultant / Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.

• Conducting client interviews and workshops to understand business needs and processes.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Designing processes across sales, marketing, customer service, and other business areas.
• Configuring and building applications on the Creatio platform using no-code tools.
• Creating prototypes and demonstrating solutions to clients.
• Designing user interfaces, forms, data models, business rules, and process automation.
• Using AI-powered tools throughout the solution lifecycle — from requirements analysis and process design to application development, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborating with solution architects and developers on more advanced functionality and integrations.
• Supporting testing, user acceptance, and solution implementation.

• Have experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Consultant, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Can confidently engage with business stakeholders, analyze processes, and identify real business needs.
• Understand key business processes in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Have experience with CRM systems or business platforms such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega, or similar solutions.
• Enjoy not only designing and documenting solutions but also building and validating them yourself.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Are curious about AI and eager to explore how new technologies can improve the way solutions are designed and built.
• Have excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written, allowing you to confidently lead workshops, engage with international clients, and work in English-speaking project environments.
